Asphalt Hot Mix Plant is a continuous hot mix asphalt manufacturing plant designed for efficient production of high-quality asphalt used in road and highway construction. The plant integrates aggregate drying, heating, and mixing with bitumen in a single dryer-cum-mixer drum, ensuring uniform coating, consistent mix quality, and high production efficiency. Its compact design, lower fuel consumption, and continuous operation make it ideal for medium to large-scale infrastructure projects.

The plant consists of cold aggregate feeder bins with variable speed conveyors for accurate proportioning of aggregates, a heavy-duty rotating drum with specially designed internal flights for effective heat transfer and mixing, and a high-efficiency burner system compatible with diesel, furnace oil, or gas. A fully insulated bitumen storage and heating tank maintains bitumen at the required temperature, while a calibrated bitumen pumping and spraying system ensures precise and uniform bitumen.

For smooth and safe operation, the Asphalt Drum Mix Plant is equipped with a manual or PLC-based control panel to monitor temperature, production rate, and plant performance. An efficient dust collection system such as a wet scrubber to meet environmental norms. The finished hot mix asphalt is discharged at the desired temperature, ready for direct loading into tipper trucks or optional hot mix storage, ensuring reliable performance and consistent output under Indian working conditions.
